PB&J Smoothie
-1 handful raw kale
-1.5 cup almond milk
-1 cup frozen berries
-1/3 cup frozen pineapple
-1 tbsp nut butter (PB with chia seeds from Trader Joes is my fave)
If more liquid is needed, use 1/2 cup cold water and if berries are fresh instead of frozen, add a handful of ice.
Mix and enjoy!
